This Investment Policy outlines the general framework governing investment participation through the ReadyRWA platform, including project access, subscription conditions, investment periods, settlement procedures, wallet functions, and related account operations.

Investment opportunities available on the platform may have different participation requirements and project-specific terms. Users should review the information displayed for each investment before confirming participation.

Investment Opportunities

ReadyRWA provides access to selected investment opportunities associated with digital assets, blockchain-based infrastructure, tokenized assets, Web3 ecosystems, and other eligible investment strategies supported by the platform.

Each opportunity is presented with its applicable investment amount, participation period, return structure, availability, and other relevant project conditions.

Project Terms

Investment conditions are determined according to the specific structure of each available project. Depending on the opportunity, applicable terms may include:

Minimum or designated investment amount
Investment duration or maturity period
Applicable return calculation structure
Subscription availability or participation limits
Project capacity and remaining allocation
Settlement and maturity conditions

The terms displayed on the applicable investment page at the time participation is confirmed form the relevant conditions for that investment.

Investment Subscription

An investment is considered submitted once the user confirms the applicable project through the platform and the required investment amount has been successfully allocated.

Certain projects may have limited subscription capacity, participation quotas, account-level limits, or designated availability periods. Once the available allocation has been reached, additional subscriptions may no longer be accepted for that project.

Wallet & Investment Fund Structure

The platform maintains separate wallet functions to provide a clear distinction between funds allocated for investment and funds available following investment settlement.

Deposit Wallet — Funds held in the Deposit Wallet are designated for investment participation. Deposit Wallet funds cannot be directly withdrawn or transferred to another account.

Interest Wallet — Investment principal and applicable earnings are credited to the Interest Wallet upon maturity. Available funds may then be withdrawn, reinvested, or transferred to the Deposit Wallet.

Investment Period

Each investment operates according to the duration displayed on its project page. The applicable investment amount is allocated to the selected project for the stated participation period.

Project status, remaining duration, and related investment information may be viewed through the user's account where such information is available.

Return Calculation

Applicable investment returns are calculated according to the conditions displayed for the selected project. Calculation methods may vary according to project type, investment amount, participation period, and the applicable project structure.

Users can review the relevant return information before confirming an investment and may view recorded investment activity through their account.

Maturity & Settlement

When an investment reaches its applicable maturity, settlement is processed according to the conditions of the selected project.

Following settlement, the applicable principal and investment earnings are automatically credited to the user's Interest Wallet. Once credited, available funds may be used in accordance with the wallet functions provided by the platform.

Project Availability & Allocation

Investment opportunities may be subject to limited allocation, subscription capacity, participation periods, or account-level investment limits.

Project availability may therefore change as allocations are subscribed. A project that reaches its designated capacity may be closed to additional participation while other available investment opportunities remain accessible through the platform.

Investment Considerations

Digital asset and blockchain-related markets may be influenced by market conditions, technology developments, liquidity, network conditions, and other external factors.

ReadyRWA applies project evaluation, operational controls, and platform procedures intended to support structured investment participation. However, individual project conditions and market circumstances may vary over time.

Investment Confirmation

Before confirming an investment, users should review the project information displayed on the platform, including the investment amount, duration, return structure, availability, and applicable participation conditions.

Confirmation of an investment indicates acceptance of the applicable project terms displayed at the time of participation.
