These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ReadyRWA platform and the services, features, investment opportunities, and account functions made available through it.
By creating an account, accessing the platform, or using any available service, you agree to comply with these Terms, applicable platform policies, and any specific conditions presented in connection with the services you choose to use.
Eligibility & Access
ReadyRWA services are available to users who are legally permitted to access and use the services offered through the platform. Availability of certain features or investment opportunities may depend on account status, verification requirements, jurisdiction, and other applicable conditions.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of ReadyRWA is consistent with requirements applicable to them in their respective location.

Each account is intended for use by its authorized account holder. Accounts must not be created, shared, or operated in a manner intended to circumvent account requirements, investment participation limits, referral rules, security controls, or other platform policies.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate control over their account credentials, authentication information, and devices used to access ReadyRWA.
Login credentials and verification information should remain confidential and should not be disclosed to unauthorized persons. Users should promptly contact Customer Support through an official platform channel if unfamiliar account activity is identified.
Platform Services
ReadyRWA provides digital infrastructure through which eligible users may access supported investment opportunities, digital asset services, account management functions, referral features, and other services made available through the platform.
The availability, functionality, and conditions of individual services may vary according to account status, project requirements, technical conditions, jurisdiction, and other applicable criteria.
Investment Participation
Investment opportunities available through ReadyRWA may have project-specific participation requirements, durations, return structures, allocation limits, availability periods, and other applicable conditions.
Users should review the information presented for each opportunity before confirming participation. Investment-related rules and procedures are further governed by the applicable Investment Policy and project-specific terms.
Referral Program
Eligible users may participate in the ReadyRWA referral program in accordance with the referral structure, commission rates, qualification conditions, and participation rules displayed on the platform.
Referral commissions are determined according to the applicable referral level and qualifying investment profits generated within the eligible referral network. Current rates and applicable levels are displayed within the referral section of the platform.
Referral features must be used appropriately and may not be manipulated through duplicate, unauthorized, artificial, or otherwise ineligible account activity.
Acceptable Use
Users must access and use ReadyRWA in a lawful, responsible, and appropriate manner. Activities that interfere with platform security, integrity, fair participation, or the normal operation of services are not permitted.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or restricted platform functions
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent account, participation, or security controls
- Manipulating investment, referral, promotional, or account mechanisms
- Providing materially inaccurate or misleading account information
- Using automated or unauthorized methods that interfere with normal platform operation
- Using the platform for unlawful or unauthorized activities
Account Review & Verification
ReadyRWA may apply automated or manual review procedures where account activity, verification information, security indicators, participation behavior, or other relevant circumstances require additional review.
Users may be requested to provide reasonable information or complete additional verification where necessary to confirm account ownership, maintain account security, or support appropriate use of platform services.
Platform Protection Measures
Where reasonably necessary, ReadyRWA may apply temporary protective measures to particular account functions while security, verification, or account-related reviews are being completed.
Such measures are intended to support account protection, fair participation, appropriate platform use, and the integrity of ReadyRWA services.
Service Availability & Maintenance
ReadyRWA may periodically perform maintenance, technical updates, infrastructure improvements, security enhancements, or other operational adjustments intended to support platform performance and continued service development.
Certain services or features may occasionally be temporarily unavailable or operate differently during scheduled maintenance, technical upgrades, system adjustments, or other operational events.
Platform Development & Updates
ReadyRWA may introduce, update, enhance, reorganize, replace, or discontinue particular features as part of the continued development of the platform.
Changes may be made to improve functionality, security, performance, user experience, operational efficiency, or alignment with applicable technical and regulatory requirements.
Investment & Digital Asset Considerations
Digital assets, blockchain-based markets, tokenized assets, and related investment environments may be influenced by market conditions, liquidity, technological developments, network conditions, project-specific circumstances, and other external factors.
Conditions may therefore differ between investment opportunities and may change over time. Users should review the information associated with each opportunity and consider their individual circumstances before confirming participation.

Information displayed through ReadyRWA is provided to support users in understanding available platform services, project conditions, account functions, and related features.
Project-specific information should be considered together with the applicable terms and policies presented through the platform. Users should review relevant information before making decisions regarding their participation.

ReadyRWA platform interfaces, branding, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, documentation, and other proprietary materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

User Responsibility

Where appropriate, relevant account information or available next steps may be communicated through the platform or through Customer Support.
